Beth over at Visions of Sugar Plums is the host for Fiber on Friday. Head over and check it out.

Welcome to this fun party dedicated to knitting, crocheting, and anything else fiber related!

I've been working on a doily. It's way too hot to work with yarn. So the green striped ripple afghan has gone in the bag for awhile. The doily I'm working on is from a book I picked up at Michael's a few years ago. It's called A Year in Doilies. It is from Leisure Arts.

I am trying (going) to make every doily. But I'm a little behind right now as I'm working on the April doily. It's that pretty lavendar one in the lower left hand corner. I just started this one a couple weeks ago so it isn't very far along.

I finished the March doily. It turned out beautiful.

  1. I've never done a doily, and these are making me want to try---they're both beautiful, and I love that they're in not-white, too. The March one is just amazing, so delicate and elegant.

  2. Neither have I...never made a doily. Yours are gorgeous!! Welcome to Fibers on Friday!! It's great to have you!!

Thanks for stopping by my place. Have a great day!!
