My hubby got his summons for Jury Duty, but didn't have to serve. The trial was settled.
The orange Poppies are blooming. For once the rain didn't beat them up.

This bell sits in our backyard. Yes, it works, but it's really loud.
This rose bush has been here since we moved here, which was 30+ years ago. It blooms every year.

Where we live if you don't report for jury duty, your name goes back in the hat. I prefer to go downtown, and get released, then I know I'm clear for two years! Looks like a fun week.
ReplyDeleteLove the poppy! My hubs & I always get dismissed for jury duty because of his job & how closely he works with law enforcement- there is a conflict of interest.
ReplyDeleteLuke is getting so big! I am always getting called for duty and have to keep telling them I have my few years break since I keep getting called, oy!
