I've been working on my Bee Quilt. But wouldn't you know it, we've been having a heat wave. Up in the high 80' s and 90's with humidity. So working on the quilt wasn't a go the last couple of weeks. Believe me, having a quilt on or near you during a heat wave isn't fun, even with air conditioning. But I did get one whole block finished and half of another one. Here's what I've finished on the Bee Quilt. Now it's on to.....
What am I working on? Well, if the heat wave breaks, I'll be working on a Christmas gift for my daught-in-law. It's the Zebra Afghan I'm working on. I must confess I worked on the afghan more than the quilt last month.
I've gotten a lot more done on this, but don't have a current picture. It's more than half done now. Maybe if the heat wave breaks I'll get it done this month.
Love both the quilt and the afghan! Great WIPs!!
ReplyDeleteThe quilt looks great and how could you work with that in the heat ! I'd pass out, course we don't have heat like that. Great looking afghan and can't wait to see more of it.
