CREEPING PHLOX

The Creeping Phlox is blooming. It's not all the way out, juts starting. Once it's all bloomed out it looks like a purple carpet.

I am joining Jenny over at her place for Alphabe-Thursday. The letter this week is "C". Go check out all the folks showing off their "C" pictures.

  1. When I was a little girl, I always loved to see those carpets of color cascading over a wall. We always called it "Thrift."

  3. Don't you just love the cascade of color of creeping phlox? I have a bank in my front yard which I want to plant. Maybe this fall I can do that and have a nice display next spring.

  6. I love creeping phlox.

Unfortunately it doesn't grow where I live now, but I have fond memories of it cascading over old stone foundation walls ina lovely river of pastel color.

    Such a beautiful photo.

Thanks for sharing it with us.

    A+
