I decided to dig out my Red Work pieces and see what I can do with them. I've had these for years. It's time to do something with them.
They are all baskets with flowers. Now to decide what to use for the filler blocks....I've got some pretty new red fabric...but which one to use. The picture makes the fabrics and baskets look pink, but they are red..What do you think? Let me know what you think.

Such pretty embroidered baskets!!! I like the darker fabric, just so it stands out from the background a bit more. Will this be a wall hanging? Sweet!

ReplyDeleteYour embroidery is beautiful! I had a few found pieces ( yard sale) as I don't have the temperament for stitchery, and made little pincushions for some friends. I just love the look! Cant wait to see the finished piece!
