I've been working on my red work baskets. Got block 3 done, today, Slow Stitching Sunday, I'm going to start on block 4.
This is block 3.....there was a lot of lazy daisy stitching and french knots.
I've also finished my June circles, which is for the Quilty 365 Challenge.
I am at day 182 of 366, this was leap year so I've got 1 more circle for the year. I'm also using my circles for The Rainbow Scrap Challenge. The colors for June were Blues and green. I'm also counting these towards my 350 Blocks Challenge. June brings me to a total so far of 411 blocks. If you want to check all these challenges out, just click on the name and it will take you there.
Oh my goodness those flower baskets are absolutely gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteYour project takes me back to my childhood. I stitched a number of dresser scarves and table runners back in the day. Once I found quilting, I never looked back! Thanks for the memories. Your work is beautifully stitched!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty redwork, I'm jealous! Good for you to keep up with the circles. I'm just a little behind, so I think I'll take 30 minutes now and try to prep some more!
ReplyDeleteThere seems to be a group of us that started on January 1st! I'm planning on 366 for leap year but using the 380 layout.
ReplyDeleteYour redwork is lovely!
ReplyDeleteRedwork baskets and flowers are my favorites. May I ask where you found the pattern?
