I've been stitching my Candy Hearts. They start like this...I pin them down and do needle turn applique.
Then the heart is ready for the words. Which I hand embroider.
Once I have 5 of them done...I put the dark blue strip on and do it all over again.
I've also been working on my tiny tiles. I get a lot of little scraps when I'm working on my String Quilt. so I'm making the Tiny Tiles. The fabric s what ever I have, which is either unbleached Muslin or Bleached Muslin. I cut the squares 4 1/2" and start sewing the shapes down. That's what I will be working on today, the Candy Hearts and the Tiny Tiles.

Still loving the candy hearts! Your tiny tiles is going well. I admire anyone with the stamina and skill to work with tiny pieces!
