THREE

I've combined two scrapbook challenges to do this one. Over at Scrapbookers Anonymous the challenge is to stitch something and use 3 hearts. Sketches in Thyme has a sketch I used.

This is my version:

Three - I stitched the rick rack on and there are three hearts. This is a picture of my three loves, passions, obsessions. Crocheting, Reading and Scrapbooking. I'm not really happy with this LO, it needs something, but not quite sure what. I'll have to think on this one for awhile. [To get a closer look, just click on the picture.]

  7. Love your ricrac and I think I will bookmark that sketch and try it myself. So why aren't you happy with the LO?
Here's some things you could try (although not all at once LOL!)
    - subtle pps for the circles (so you can still write on them) and layer them so you have borders round them.
    - A circle photo for each of the hobbies (again mat on a larger circle) and then have the words passion etc as strips on each one.
    - cluster the other embellishments next to your photo, rather than spreading them out (I get you were going for the visual triangle, but there needs to be a common element in each for that to work well)
I hope these comments help and you don't think I'm being too critical. Let me know how you get on if you try any.
