I've started putting my See ya Later Alligator quilt together. It was a trip my hubby and I took about 30 years ago. We went to Canada, once we got to Michigan, there was nothing but Pine Trees on either sides of the road. This went on during the whole trip. There will be another row of trees on the other side... which I've already cut and pinned them, just have to sew them down...
the gray is the road...so it will have a white broken strip down the middle. I'll also be adding in a car or 2. As to if it works....we'll see, I've got a picture of this quilt in my head, now to get it there.

Great books! I too can't figure out what that is. Interesting though. Lovely trees you have there and good luck with getting your idea into fabric. Have fun with it.
